To support Kudoby Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Graditto”) in delivering our cloud services, we engage third-party entities as subprocessors. These subprocessors may have access to certain Customer Data in connection with the performance of our services.
Graditto evaluates the data security and privacy compliance of each subprocessor prior to engagement and executes standard Data Protection Addendums (DPAs) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure the secure and compliant processing of Customer Personal Data.
